Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Umrao Holidays. By booking a holiday package with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We request you to read them carefully.


1. Booking & Payments

  • A minimum advance payment (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm your reservation.

  • The balance payment must be completed before the start of the tour.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment and issuance of confirmation by Umrao Holidays.


2. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Package prices are based on the prevailing rates of hotels, transport, taxes, and other services.

  • Prices may vary in case of changes in fuel costs, taxes, or government regulations.

  • Inclusions (meals, transfers, activities, etc.) are mentioned clearly in each package; anything not listed will be considered an exclusion.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email/WhatsApp).

  • Cancellation charges apply as follows (unless otherwise specified):

    • 30 days or more before departure: 10% of package cost.

    • 15–29 days before departure: 30% of package cost.

    • 7–14 days before departure: 50% of package cost.

    • Less than 7 days before departure / no-show: 100% of package cost.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 working days.


4. Changes & Amendments

  • Umrao Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotels, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or government restrictions.

  • Any additional costs arising due to such changes will be borne by the traveler.


5. Travel Documents

  • Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued ID proof (passport, visa, Aadhaar, etc., depending on destination).

  • Umrao Holidays is not responsible for denial of entry, boarding, or travel due to insufficient/invalid documents.


6. Liability

  • While we take utmost care in arranging services, Umrao Holidays acts only as an agent between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, airlines, etc.).

  • We are not liable for delays, accidents, natural calamities, health issues, or loss of personal belongings during the trip.

  • Travelers are advised to take travel insurance for additional safety.


7. Health & Safety

  • It is the responsibility of travelers to ensure they are medically fit to undertake the tour.

  • Any health conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.


8. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City, India] only.
